MOBILE FERROUS SEPARATION SYSTEM

The ReConcept combines multiple separation technologies that together provide high capture rates and excellent cleanliness of the ferrous scrap. Shredded, liberated scrap enters the machine and is first met with a long Magnet Feeding Conveyor. It then passes over a double drum permanent magnet assembly that separates the ferrous metals from the “all other” (nonferrous + waste fraction). Ferrous scrap is conveyed to the 4-Man Picking Cabin for further cleaning and then out to the radial stacking conveyor. The “all other” fraction is first met with a Cross Belt Magnet to remove any missed ferrous. It then is taken away to the Eddy Current Separator (Eagle Reaper) for further nonferrous separating.
