3TEK has a world class product offering of made in USA, high-quality, innovative scrap processing equipment that includes mobile and stationary hammer mill shredders and downstream sorting systems.  Our product focus is on the small to medium producer whose processing is up to 100,000 tons/year.

3TEK produces standard models. We will also customize and configure models by using its on-site custom engineering, design, and fabrication to deliver the ultimate in application specific configurations for a variety of needs.

Our standard product offering of mobile hammermills includes the Alpha 7400★2100 and the Alpha 7400★2500E. The 3TEK Alpha 7400 mobile shredder hammermill system incorporates a CAT® 2,100 hp state-of-the-art mobile “on track” diesel-power module design, with unique power pack options and other modular downstream equipment specifically designed to facilitate ferrous and non-ferrous scrap processing close to the source. The Alpha 2500E is a stationary 2500hp Electric DC Motor Drive version to the same Alpha 7400 Shredder. These shredder hammermill systems are capable of processing complete autos and trucks, white goods, miscellaneous structural shapes, plate, and rebar.

We also offer the Bravo 6280. The 3TEK Bravo 6280 mobile shredder incorporates a CAT® C32, 1,125hp state-of-the-art mobile “on track” diesel-power module design, and is capable of processing white goods, miscellaneous structural shapes, auto and truck parts, plate, and rebar.
